The Bond Standard is our detailed end-of-lease cleaning service, designed to prepare your property for its final inspection with the attention to detail Sparkle Squad is known for.

Your Bond Clean may include:

• Skirting boards
• Doors, frames & handles
• Light switches & accessible light fittings
• Ceiling fans
• Air-conditioner filters where accessible
• Window sills & tracks
• Internal windows
• External windows where safely accessible and agreed
• General wall spot cleaning
• Dusting throughout
• Cobweb removal
• Vacuuming throughout
• Mopping hard floors
• Garage where included in your quote
• Other property-specific requirements agreed before your clean

👥 Two Cleaners. Half the Time.

Every Bond Standard booking is completed by two Sparkle Squad cleaners.

For example, 10 labour hours = two cleaners for approximately 5 hours at the property.

Your quote will specify the estimated labour required based on the size, condition and requirements of your property.

Why We Quote Bond Cleans Individually

No two end-of-lease properties are the same.

Your quote is based on the information, photos/videos and property condition provided to us before booking. This allows us to allocate enough time to do the job properly rather than rushing through your home to meet an unrealistic fixed timeframe.

The property must be completely vacant and free from personal belongings and rubbish before we arrive unless otherwise agreed in your quote.

If the property is materially different from what was disclosed, contains excessive rubbish or belongings, requires heavy cleaning that wasn't disclosed, or additional work is requested, we'll discuss the additional work and price with you before completing any additional chargeable work.

Optional Extras

Carpet cleaning and pest/flea treatment can be arranged where required.

Rubbish removal, extensive wall washing and other additional services can also be quoted separately.
